Complete Description:
Will develop ETL processes for Medicare Forecast Model Project Modify existing code and create new code using combination of Unix shell scripting, Syncsort and Datastage Some Oracle database access
Skills Needed:
Strong hands on technical developer Strong development skills and experience (minimum four years) with Unix Shell scripts, Syncsort on Unix platform Experience with Ascential Datastage ETL tool on Unix platform (Minimum one year) Oracle database & SQL development experience (Unix server- minimum one year) Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Desired Skills:
Experience with Pharmaceutical Industry and Managed care contracting applications a major plus Experience with Data Warehouse development a major plus Experience with SAS on Unix a plus Overall IT experience of at least 5 years

REQ02: Technical Recruiter
Aries is looking for Technical Recruiters who will be handling the recruiting and placement activities of the consulting firm.
Should be able to work under minimal supervision, and should be aware of the complete recruitment cycle / staff augmentation process in IT industry. Management or Technical Students who wish to take this up as a summer time internship are also welcome to apply. Position is in northern Virginia. For experienced candidates, telecommuting option will be considered.

Duties:
Able to understand IT requirements. Responsible for finding the right candidates for existing open requirements with our clients. Understand the needs of the IT sector and recruit and train suitable candidates. Will be involved in coordinating the interview process and prepping the candidates. Minimum 2 years of IT recruitment experience is desirable. Prior experience recruiting as a Executive/Sales Manager is a great plus. Excellent verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills are a MUST.
